To undertake full responsibility of the security officers for supervising and enforcing security policies and procedures in accordance with Novotel guidelines and ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
To develop and train hotel talents in firefighting and fire evacuation as per local civil defense.
To investigate, review, and follow up on all incidents, loss, and accidents reports.
Ensures the availability, continuity, and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.
Respects confidentiality in discussing talents and organizational matters; also maintains confidentiality of organization and personnel-related information.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in hotel security.
A good command of English in both written and spoken forms.
