Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To undertake full responsibility of the security officers for supervising and enforcing security policies and procedures in accordance with Novotel guidelines and ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• To develop and train hotel talents in firefighting and fire evacuation as per local civil defense.
• To investigate, review, and follow up on all incidents, loss, and accidents reports.
• Ensures the availability, continuity, and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.
• Respects confidentiality in discussing talents and organizational matters; also maintains confidentiality of organization and personnel-related information.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in hotel security.
• A good command of English in both written and spoken forms.
