Under the supervision of the Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer undertakes the responsibilities of increasing the equity of the Hotel and brand through all communications products and partnerships and using Accor and Brand platforms and tools to drive revenue for rooms and all hotel outlets and services. The Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer designs and executes the artwork of all hotel publications and promotional materials both local and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the multichannel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and print.
Designs and executes both online and offline marketing strategies to increase visibility, brand reach, and achieve the objectives and KPIs set at the business level.
Assists in the management of external agencies and vendors for digital marketing, PR, and creative projects.
Monitors marketing performance metrics including website analytics, social media engagement, and ROI tracking for paid campaigns.
Supports the development of marketing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintains relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and partners to generate publicity and brand exposure.
Oversees paid media campaigns and paid social media to drive traffic, awareness, and bookings.
Coordinates and reviews the digital marketing strategy as well as the management of content in social media of the assigned hotel following the brand standards and the principles and line of communication established in the company based on the strategy set in the annual social media plan.
Coordinates and manages the relationship with agencies and third parties such as advertising, design, event management, and digital marketing agencies ensuring the correct implementation based on the established marketing strategy and plans.
Ensures that the creation and design of all media and branding materials, both printed and digital, strictly follow the brand standards.
Manages databases and launches newsletters and promotional and brand communication actions.
Implements branding and performance campaigns as well as activation of inbound and outbound marketing actions.
Coordinates the creation and design of social media content in various formats and supports.
Supervises the corporate image policy and brand standards applied to the external and internal content of all communication platforms and media of each hotel and brand, and coordinates the production of photographic and video reports following the corresponding brand standards and manuals.
Fosters a culture of creativity and innovation within the Sales and Marketing team.
Liaises with the Meeting and Events team with unique proposals, great social guidance, and content and videos that will elevate our offering.
Stays updated on industry trends, design tools, and content strategies to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

Ensures proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists use.
Is well familiar with the hotel's policies and procedures, well acquainted with the physical layout of the hotel and its premises, and knowledgeable of the hotel's emergency procedures in regard to fire, medical threat, blackout, and evacuation.
Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application, ensuring the safety of people and property in the hotel.
Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the Environment Charter of sustainability program (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste, etc.).
Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations established in the Heartists Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
Ensures that confidential records and other confidential information are properly safeguarded and are not removed from the office.

Qualifications :
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing would be advantageous.
Proven experience in the area of Communication, Marketing, and Graphic Design, preferably in the hotel industry.
Strong understanding of Marketing principles in relation to social media, brand and campaign promotion, and design.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), proficient in Word, Canva, Excel, and any other appropriate programs.
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Demonstrable ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage varied tasks and projects simultaneously.
