Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and support IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, across all business units.
2. Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures, ensuring data protection and prevention of security breaches.
3. Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations, including ADHICS and other relevant guidelines.
4. Conduct and document ADHICS audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
5. Oversee and support the implementation of IT solutions tailored to the facility.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
7. Manage IT procurement, installations, and upgrades to keep systems up-to-date.
8. Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IT needs and develop strategic plans for IT growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in the healthcare sector.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and compliance frameworks, including ADHICS.
4. Proficiency in managing networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
5. Expertise in cybersecurity protocols and tools to protect sensitive healthcare data.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong communication and training skills to educate staff on IT practices and cybersecurity awareness.
