Managing end to end of SailPoint Access Governance and Management.
Managing User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint Identity.
Managing SailPoint deployment activities - connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration.
Establish standards, designs and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls, which help improve operations and lower risk.
Responsible to manage Administration functionality of the SailPoint such as loading data, create roles, create policies, scheduling tasks and certifications and reports.
Execute day to day application maintenance & monitoring of Sailpoint infrastructure and functions.
Maintaining Records for SLA Breaches, Incoming numbers of Incidents/ Service Requests, Outstanding tickets and revoked tickets for monthly basis.
Managing the errors through pending tasks and resolve them.
Performed Operational tasks which included executing and scheduling Aggregations and Tasks, enabling/disabling user IDs, password management, creating/scheduling custom reports etc.
