You will provide a delightful customer experience, maintaining continuous engagement with customers throughout the finance and insurance stages of their journey and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the process.
You will propose and implement ideas to improve the finance and insurance customer journey.
Collaborate with the Call Center team to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Relationship Manager or as Finance & Insurance agent in the bank/automotive industry.
Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency level.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability to empathize with others.
