Leading a process design team to complete scopes of work within agreed time frames.
Defining critical process constraints and informing the multidisciplinary team of issues.
Assist relevant staff/teams on process design issues.
Liaising with other design team members.
Working with the programme Quality Manager and Project Manager to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.
Ensuring project financial performance within process discipline budget on projects.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the other discipline leads on the projects.
Assessing build ability, challenging proposals, considering alternative solutions.
Assessing and communicating areas of process risk for design and build projects.
Preparing commissioning risk assessments and identifying risk mitigation measures.
Analyzing process plant commissioning needs and preparing commissioning methodology.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in process design for municipal, biological WWTPs, Water Treatment Plants and/or oil and gas related industries. Experience supervising and leading a team is a plus.
