Job Descriptions

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in managing operations in food and beverage or related fields in high-end hospitality.
Understanding of sales and marketing strategies of hotels and travel operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of hotel P&L and developing F&B concepts.
Creating long-term sustainable business plans.
Thorough understanding of front office and room divisions to achieve high occupancy levels throughout the year.
Maximize room returns and hotel revenue through innovative sales techniques and management programs.
Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of the hotel's monthly and annual operating expenses, marketing & sales strategy, and capital budget, along with reporting.
Set hotel budget goals and establish other short- and long-term strategic objectives for the property.

Skills Needed

• Hotel management degree or relevant qualification is a must.
• Passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a dynamic career.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business needs.
• Strong hands-on leadership skills, thriving in customer interactions.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
