Job Description

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, performance management, or organizational development, with a strong focus on developing and implementing QA frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing and tracking KPIs, managing vendor deliverables, and overseeing quality monitoring processes across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze stakeholder feedback and implement corrective measures based on findings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and cultural standards in organizational and program evaluation.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
