The Human Resources Admin is responsible for handling reception log and area, ensuring colleagues are attended to in a timely manner, keeping personal files up to date, and assisting with HR processes in general. You will also coordinate with bank representatives to ensure forms are completed fully and ready for the resort orientation, as well as assist with the onboarding process for all new employees.
About You
The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality experience within a 5-star resort or hotel. You will also preferably have a bachelor’s degree in HR and be fully proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. You will be personable, friendly, attentive, and empathetic to our employees’ needs, while also being professional and well-groomed. Additionally, you will have great organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
