Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Expertise: Oversee and enhance our coffee, alcoholic beverages, and wine offerings, ensuring consistency and quality in every serve.
Hands-On Service: Prepare specialty coffee, signature cocktails, and curated wine selections, while maintaining top-tier presentation and taste standards.
Operations & Inventory: Manage stock levels, supplier relations, cost control, and ordering to ensure efficiency and minimal waste.
Market Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new beverage concepts and seasonal specials that elevate the guest experience.
Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and train the bar team, conduct masterclasses for both staff and guests, and foster a culture of excellence.
Adaptability & Support: Be flexible and willing to cover shifts when needed, leading by example to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and passion for coffee preparation, mixology, and wine.
Proven experience in a bar leadership role within a café, restaurant, or bar setting.
Solid inventory management skills, including stock control and cost management.
Ability to train and inspire a team, fostering a positive and performance-driven work environment.
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to step behind the bar, engage with guests, and lead by example.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the F&B industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
