Experience: 10 to 15+ yrs HCM consulting experience

Location: Anywhere in India

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to our clients in the area of Human Client Management (HCM).
• Passionate about helping clients with their digital transformation journey and driving innovative ways of working with Human Capital Management solutions.
• Work with clients to understand their strategic business needs and objectives, and help them select and implement the most appropriate HCM solution to meet those needs.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in the HCM domain and keep abreast of new developments and trends.
• Design and deliver future-ready HCM solutions to help organizations optimize their HR functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.
• Work with technical functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Address some of the largest and most complex people-related challenges for global clients, improving and driving valuable and sustainable business results.
• Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate solutions, supporting clients in their transformation journey through design and implementation.
• Build expertise in specific industries and present the value of HCM solutions to customers in those industries.
• Utilize subject matter expertise to influence and provide credibility to C-level executives through detailed client workshops and process mapping exercises.
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.
• Design and implement requirements in the proposed HCM solution and demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the HCM domain, a proven track record in consulting and/or project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Criteria:

• Successfully completed end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Experience in multiple HCM functional areas, including defining how multiple HCM modules work together.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Experience with pre-sale and sales activities.
