We are seeking a female candidate who is a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Salesperson with additional responsibilities in Business Development. The ideal candidate will excel at providing excellent customer service in a retail environment while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. This dual-role position requires a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Business Development:
Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to approach them.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and international organizations, and key decision makers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns to attract new customers.
Attend networking events, trade shows, or community activities to promote the store and its offerings.
Develop partnerships that lead to increased traffic and sales for the store and online.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for business growth and development.
Experience in business development, B2B sales, or marketing is a plus.
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
