Position Overview: As a Real Estate Agent at New Homes Real Estate Broker, your primary objective will be to drive sales and rental transactions while providing outstanding service to clients. You will utilize your knowledge of the local market, develop strong relationships, and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new clients and leads to increase sales and rental opportunities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and property values.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present market analysis and property listings to clients.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to facilitate successful transactions.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in [State].
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role.
