WSP is seeking a Bid Writer to join our Clients & Strategy team. The successful candidate will work closely with bid managers to ensure our bid submissions meet the highest standard of technical excellence.

Your new role, what's involved:

• Understanding and interpreting complex technical information
• Collaborating with subject matter experts, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into clear, simple messages that communicate WSP's strengths and differentiators effectively
• Leveraging data and other relevant information to build compelling narratives that address the client's needs
• Ensuring each bid is tailored to address the specific needs and preferences of the client, ensuring the language, tone, and structure are appropriate
• Editing and proofreading, ensuring the bid is free from errors and adheres to the tender requirements and aligns with our overall brand standards and key strategic messaging
• Managing multiple proposals simultaneously to meet tight deadlines

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
• Ability to understand and interpret complex technical information
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
