Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of category sales target.
2. Ensuring availability by timely replenishment, return of damaged/non-moving products to DC and DSD vendors.
3. Maintain cleanliness and QHSE standards on shelves for FMCG/GM merchandise ensuring good quality product reaches the customer.
4. Direct and Indirect customer service by maintaining proper displays, correct prices and signage, if applicable.
5. Active involvement in in-store activities and any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor (Sales promotions, charity campaigns, inventory checks etc.).
6. Loading and unloading of goods and maintaining back storage.
7. Avoiding expiry and ensure timely action on short-expiry stock.
8. Any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor.
