Job description
  1. Maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  2. Demonstrates strong customer service skills to interact positively with external and internal customers.
  3. Performs scheduling, registration, and admission activities. Gathers demographic, insurance, and other information from patients and accurately enters it into HIS.
  4. Verifies financial eligibility and ensures completion of supported documents and approvals upon scheduling and registration activities completion.
  5. Performs billing, reconciliation, and cashier activities.
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Develops and meets personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  8. Participates in departmental meetings and activities.
  9. Accepts working different shift duties according to the necessity of operational hours, including morning and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
  10. Participates in cross-functional teams and committees as appropriate.
  11. Facilitates and participates in ongoing training.
  12. Performs any other tasks according to job requirements.
  13. Liaises with other staff and departments and handles communication.
