Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Life Sciences and Laboratory Consumables in Dubai. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop strategic plans to expand market share, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Business Development & Strategy

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet sales targets and organizational goals.
2. Identify and create new business opportunities.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
4. Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
5. Present technical and commercial proposals in alignment with client requirements.
6. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on revenue, pipeline progress, and client feedback.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, and account management.
2. Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry including regulatory standards, production processes, and market trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
7. Established network within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the Middle East and Gulf countries.
