Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at A N D LUXURY PROPERTIES in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the UAE and Middle East real estate markets. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Ensure all content adheres to the brand guidelines, maintaining a tone of professionalism and authority.
Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Write high-quality, informative content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, addressing market trends and client interests. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful visuals, videos, and infographics. Develop thought leadership articles and reports that showcase expertise in the Middle East real estate market.
Community Engagement: Act as the digital voice by responding to inquiries, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful interactions. Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Analytics and Reporting: Use social media and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and audience behavior. Generate detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and provide actionable recommendations. Stay informed on digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Middle East market.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Industry Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media and content marketing, preferably in the real estate, luxury, or professional services sectors.
Content Expertise: Demonstrated ability to produce compelling written and visual content for sophisticated audiences.
Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE and Middle East markets, including cultural nuances and digital preferences.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal communication. The chosen candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and an eye for brand consistency.
