Key Responsibilities:
Program Design
Lead the creation and delivery of best in learning and leadership development programs.
Utilize latest technologies, learning design theories and instructional design methodologies to create best in class experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through business and people metrics.
Coaching and Leadership Development
Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
Deliver one-on-one coaching to senior managers to enhance performance and career growth.
Cross-functional collaboration
Lead the execution of programs and development projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience and measurable impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.
Communications
Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.
Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.
