The Position

We are offering a great HR & Internal Communication Internship opportunity to support the Gulf and Channel Partner Network business of Roche Diagnostics Middle East organization.

As an Intern, you will work with different associates and leaders to support our efforts on internal communication strategy and streamline HR activities across the organization. This is a great learning opportunity that will help you acquire hands-on experience in the HR domain and know how to work in a team setting in the healthcare industry.

Your Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with different stakeholders to run the HR operations and internal communication smoothly.
2. Help associates and leaders in screening and recruiting new employees.
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
4. Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork, maintaining employee records, and handling employee inquiries and requests.
5. Assist in drafting internal communications and manage 3rd party partners' communication.
6. Maintain and update HR databases and records; support with monthly payroll.
7. Assist in coordinating internal events within the network.
8. Support the network lead with their agenda.
9. Contribute to training program coordination and support in creating a database of training records.
10. Support on any other HR operations topics.
11. Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

Who You Are

1. You are a fresh graduate or are still studying in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related.
2. You are based in the UAE and hold valid residency.
3. You are curious, proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a growth mindset.
4. You have good communication and collaboration skills.
5. You have good time management and organization skills.
6. You have good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
