HR Coordinator - RTC-1 Employment Services

The Role

• Support the HR department with various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records including personal details, job history, and performance reviews.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and concerns, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to manage candidate pipelines, provide job specifications, and ensure timely placements.

Requirements:

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A Dubai-based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe.

Qualifications:
- Open to CIS and European nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Shipping or Logistics background is an added advantage
