Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role combines the dual responsibility of optimizing sales team performance while developing and nurturing talent. The ideal candidate will work to elevate sales performance through data-driven insights, effective training, and performance management, while fostering a positive and high-performance culture within the team.

You will partner closely with leadership to ensure sales goals are achieved, talent is developed, and the team is motivated to deliver outstanding results in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor & Analyze Sales Performance:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management and sales teams to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Develop sales dashboards and performance reports, highlighting trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Support:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Work with the Heads of Sales on workforce requirement to deliver on the sales targets.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and quotas, ensuring they are achievable and aligned with market conditions and company goals.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and progress toward individual, team, and organizational goals.

People Development & Talent Management:

  • People Development:
  • Identify skills gaps and work with the Sales Heads for targeted development programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, and mentorship programs that align with sales strategies and company goals.
  • Ensure the team is well-equipped to sell the company’s products effectively by providing relevant product and market knowledge while collaborating with the respective stakeholders.
  • Performance Management & Coaching:
  • Lead performance management processes, conducting regular performance reviews, setting SMART goals, and addressing performance challenges.
  • Mentor individual team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and sales abilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Sales Team Motivation & Engagement:
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture that promotes motivation, accountability, and recognition.
  • Design and implement incentive programs and reward structures to recognize and celebrate top performers.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment to ensure long-term employee engagement and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaboration with HR & Recruitment:
  • Partner with HR to identify recruitment needs, assist in hiring top-tier sales talent, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Work with HR to ensure proper compensation structures, benefits, and employee retention programs are in place to support the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (HR is preferred)
  • 4-5 years in sales performance management, people development, or sales operations, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector in the UAE.
  • Proven success in driving sales performance and achieving targets in a competitive environment.
  • Solid experience in talent management, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance management software.
