Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their Chief Executive Officer based in the UAE. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and ensuring efficient time management.
Prepare, edit, and organise correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Coordinate and attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items and deliverables.
Support strategic projects by tracking progress, conducting research, and collaborating with departments for information.
Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with personal duties for the CEO including travel, appointments, and property management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
