Driving the WFJ business and managing the WFJ activities:
In collaboration with the Boutique Director, you possess a 360 view of business activity and you contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique's overall business strategy.
Monitor business indicators on WFJ in collaboration with the Commercial & Operations Manager and High-End Business Manager and work closely with all team members to create and implement effective business action plans.
Partner with the Marketing Manager and CRM team to implement clienteling strategies to initiate new client acquisitions capitalizing on existing loyal clients and client retention.
Ensure the visibility of the product line in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
In the absence of the Boutique Director, you act as the key decision maker in WFJ activities.
Build relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate with the Boutique Director key information.
Oversee compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.

What you will bring:
More than 5 years of experience in boutique or department management within a luxury Retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewellery.
Analytical skills and result orientation.
Natural leadership, solid managerial skills, collaborative mindset as well as excellent communication skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
Great knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and its unique dynamism and ability to assess local market opportunities having a solid top clients portfolio.
Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian will be an advantage.
