Responsibilities:
- Promote & perform all video/physical-estimate surveys and cubing for Pricing.
- Undertake pre-move survey for Private and Corporate clients.
- Provide customers with reliable and easy-to-understand information regarding the moving process.
- Respond to customers, acknowledge requests, and confirm they will be contacted for the survey.
- Review inbox and calendar for assigned surveys.
- Upload all survey and customer data in the system via the Surveyor app.
- Review survey results from others, calculate volume, and confirm the survey is complete and accurate to achieve a 95% accuracy when completing a video/physical survey.
- Get the survey report with the Inventory list signed by the Client prior to commencing operation.
- Implement and maintain the process flow for agents, corporates, and individuals' video surveys.
- Liaise with the sales team and move coordinators to ensure that all information relating to a booked move is noted and any special requirements are taken into account.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure accurate quotes are generated for potential customers.
- Make suggestions on process and quality improvements and ensure that said improvements are implemented.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of resources, adhering to metrics, costings, and controls.
- Attend to departmental goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
- 5+ years of working experience as a Move consultant in the relocation industry.
- Strong client relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
- Familiarity with software and its usage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fairly good speed of data entry skills to ensure fast attendance to email inquiries.
- Team player with a positive approach to collaborating with other members.
