Move Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Promote & perform all video/physical-estimate surveys and cubing for Pricing.
2. Undertake pre-move survey for Private and Corporate clients.
3. Provide customers with reliable and easy-to-understand information regarding the moving process.
4. Respond to customers, acknowledge requests, and confirm they will be contacted for the survey.
5. Review inbox and calendar for assigned surveys.
6. Upload all survey and customer data in the system via the Surveyor app.
7. Review survey results from others, calculate volume, and confirm the survey is complete and accurate to achieve a 95% accuracy when completing a video/physical survey.
8. Get the survey report with the Inventory list signed by the Client prior to commencing operation.
9. Implement and maintain the process flow for agents, corporates, and individuals' video surveys.
10. Liaise with the sales team and move coordinators to ensure that all information relating to a booked move is noted and any special requirements are taken into account.
11. Work closely with customer service to ensure accurate quotes are generated for potential customers.
12. Make suggestions on process and quality improvements and ensure that said improvements are implemented.
13. Ensure effective and efficient use of resources, adhering to metrics, costings, and controls.
14. Attend to departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• 5+ years of working experience as a Move consultant in the relocation industry.
• Strong client relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
• Familiarity with software and its usage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fairly good speed of data entry skills to ensure fast attendance to email inquiries.
• Team player with a positive approach to collaborating with other members.
