Job Description

As a Sales Officer at our client's real estate developer company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and strategic acumen. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets and cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies that capitalize on market trends and opportunities, ultimately contributing to the overall success and expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with new customers.
• Facilitate and maintain positive relationships between the developer and real estate brokers.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure deals.
• Advise property buyers and sellers on best practices and pricing strategies.
• Generate leads and ensure completion of closing deals.
• Prepare and complete legal documents including listings and sales contracts.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government property laws and policies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Developer side in Dubai.
• Fluency in English.
• Own clients database.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and processes.
• UAE Driving license.
