The main responsible for the quality control is to assure that all test cases and test scenarios for all newly developed solutions, as well as changes to the current system, are conducted.

Review Test Strategies
Review & approve Test Cases and Test Scenarios
Map functional requirements with test cases
Assure that all business requirements are covered in UAT sessions
Maintain a log for all success and failed test results
Coordinate with vendors' Quality team to maintain the schedule of quality control sessions
Review vendor's quality control/functional test results
Assure that quality controls are adhered to in system changes
Attend Department Change Advisory board and advise the head with quality status of the changes

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any similar degree from a globally leading University
Minimum of 5 years experience, with 3 years as software & system support
Main Tasks:
Follow up on official correspondence and communications received by the Executive Director’s Office, which include (letters, e-mails) to ensure that the necessary measures are taken
Preserving correspondence and official documents within an integrated document preservation system
Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the Authority
Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of the Executive Director
Covering the duties of the Executive Director’s secretary during his vacation
Preparing monthly reports related to correspondence to the Executive Director
Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence from the Office of the Executive Director through the Tarasul system
Follow up coordination with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives and instructions of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented
Ensuring that correspondences that do not have a specific end date are not delayed for more than two months
Ensuring that all requirements are provided on time and that their completion is not delayed
Receiving messages (forms, minutes of meetings) that require the approval of the Executive Director and sending them to the concerned authority upon approval
Periodic follow-up and updating of the shared file
Following up on matters related to the Office of the Executive Director and preparing and implementing the tasks assigned to me, including minutes of meetings and PowerPoint presentations
