Processes & Systems

• Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs.
• Perform the procedures/SOP in line with the respective processes and activities to ensure timely processing.
• Provide feedback on updating and implementation of new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of processes.
• Ensure full compliance with the Quality Management System's controlled documents and implemented practices in line with ISO standards to ensure consistency in the respective processes.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Minimum Qualification

• Two Years Diploma after Secondary School graduation or equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience in maintenance execution in oil/gas or petrochemical companies.
• Very good knowledge in Control Systems to carry out maintenance activities on a wide range of Instrumentation, Analyzers, and Control Systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills in the English language.
• Familiarity with SAP/CMMS and basic computerized tools.
• 8 years of work experience in installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of a wide range of Instrumentation and control systems in production facilities in refinery/petrochemical/Oil & Gas industries.
• Maintenance experience with DCS, PLC, and ESD systems.
• Vast experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of control valves and transmitters.
• Awareness of ATEX, Hazardous Area Classifications, and its installations.
• Thorough knowledge of HSE requirements for field maintenance jobs.
• Able to lead a team of direct hired & body shop technicians on the job.
• Customer-oriented.
• Advanced coaching skills.
• Excellent safety record and a stable employment track record.
• Good communication and technical report writing skills in English.
• Teamwork attitude in a multi-cultural, multi-national work environment.
• Practical knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP.
• Professional Certifications.
• Fully aware of Hazardous area classifications and its installations, and knowledgeable of HSE policies and practices.
