Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, who are looking to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment. The HR Assistant will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary information to the finance team.
  • Support in organizing training and development activities.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE Driving License is a plus.
