Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, who are looking to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment. The HR Assistant will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary information to the finance team.
- Support in organizing training and development activities.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- UAE Driving License is a plus.
