Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Process SAP ERP orders to reflect Customer and Sales team requirements as agreed by the Contract Manager.
2. Issue Internal Data sheets and Documentation to update VDRL.
3. Process requisitions on Data sheets to enable procurement to issue Orders.
4. Check accuracy regarding quotations with purchasing of Valves, ancillaries, and all other requirements.
5. Comply with and enforce all policies and procedures, as well as carry out duties related to project coordination, updates, follow-up, and control of orders.
6. Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
7. Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Set up SAP ERP, confirming that SAP is updated according to the latest information.
2. Assist with SAP Change Management.
3. Coordinate and actively control Order life cycle, progress, and manufacturing schedules.
4. Attend kick-off/pre-manufacturing meetings when required.
5. Ensure that orders are processed in SAP correctly, with all vendor text.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Technical Qualification, preferably Mechanical Engineering, would be advantageous.
2. Related Valve Equipment experience.
3. Articulate in English with excellent telephone etiquette and people skills.
4. Methodical and team player with a strong commitment to customer care.
