Production Planning:
Develop and implement production schedules based on time studies and drawings.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of facade components.
Track production loss (Plan vs Actual) and implement corrective action plans.
Manufacturing Supervision:
Oversee fabrication and assembly to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in production workflows.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and non-value-added steps.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet quality standards and industry regulations.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials and finished products.
Implement corrective actions and poka-yoke (error-proofing) to avoid defects.
Resource Management:
Optimize materials, equipment, and manpower use to improve efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance of machinery and tools.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of rejected materials.
Provide feedback to improve team performance.
Health and Safety:
Enforce safety protocols in the production area.
Conduct safety audits and provide staff training.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with design, quality control, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
