The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in blood collection, testing, and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collection and preparation procedures following established protocols.
2. Conduct blood tests and analyses to ensure accurate results.
3. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in proper working order.
4. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the lab and during blood handling procedures.
5. Assist in the management of blood inventory, including labeling, storage, and documentation.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide necessary support.
7. Participate in quality control and assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities and report any discrepancies.
9. Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and blood bank practices.
