Job description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing office activities and procedures, including maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and organizing files. Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, to assist with data entry and document preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain office filing and documentation systems, ensuring all records are organized and up to date.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Provide support to the management team as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
