Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Screening:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordination and Scheduling:
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
Maintain and update the interview tracker to monitor candidate progress.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the talent acquisition team.
Candidate Experience:
Help create a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and addressing queries during the hiring process.
