Agency Network Manager

Min. 3 years in Logistics in Freight Forwarding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with network members.
• Distribute information received through networks.
• Send welcome messages to new network members.
• Maintain updated contact details.
• Make announcements to network groups.
• Manage and log questionnaires from agents.
• Prepare and complete questionnaires with necessary information.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of questionnaires.
• Follow up with departments to ensure prompt responses.
• Work with QHSE and branch manager to resolve delays.
• Maintain and update the Agency Agreement database.
• Handle approval and signing of agency agreements.
• Ensure received Agency Agreements are complete and unaltered.
• Forward agent inquiries to the relevant department.
• Participate in network events to build relationships.
• Acknowledge agent messages and connect them with relevant departments for quotes.
• Monitor and follow up on quotation submissions.
• Engage with agents on significant business quotes.
• Resolve disputes with agents.
• Assist with invoice recovery from agents.
• Support invoice settlement through networks.
• Serve as the main contact for networks and agents.
