Taylor Root is currently seeking multiple lawyers to join our client, a leading utilities manager and developer in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising the company on all legal aspects of construction and disputes within the infrastructure and utilities sector.
There are two roles available: a Legal Counsel at 2-5 PQE and a Senior Legal Counsel at 6-12 PQE.

What you'll be doing:
Provide legal advice and support to the company on all matters related to construction disputes, including claims management, dispute resolution, and litigation.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on relevant laws and regulations related to construction disputes in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Handle non-contentious construction and asset management work.
Provide training and guidance to the company's staff on legal and regulatory matters.
Who you'll likely need to be, in order to succeed:
Common law qualified with experience at a well-recognised international law firm.
2-10 years of experience in construction disputes, with a focus on infrastructure and utilities projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi or commute regularly from Dubai.
