Job Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the overall operations of the business

Desired Candidate Profile

• The GM should be from Home Appliance Industry (Small Domestic Appliance or Major Domestic Appliance)
• The GM will provide strategic direction, drive operational efficiency, manage cross-functional teams, and develop the company’s market position within the home appliance industry
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a senior management role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic plans and achieving business objectives
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the industry
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make necessary adjustments to strategies
