Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Location: UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through the development and maintenance of a strong team environment, emphasizing Associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service.
  2. Deliver all orders promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive image through each guest contact and cleanliness of guest areas.
  3. Assure total guest satisfaction in food and beverage service by supervising the prompt and courteous delivery of all restaurant and room service orders.
  4. Ensure guest satisfaction during shifts by assisting with serving, seating, and communication with the kitchen, and by striving to speak to all guests.
  5. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
  6. Open and close shifts in accordance with the Manager's Checklist.
  7. Train, maintain, and enforce all Anantara Service Standards.
  8. Properly execute revenue and check control procedures during shifts.
  9. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all Associates and guests.
  10. Gather and implement all necessary tools for running shifts (i.e., schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks).

Requirements:

  1. College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  2. Minimum experience of 2-3 years in a Food & Beverage role in a luxury hotel.
  3. Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English.
  5. Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  6. Excellent guest service skills.
