Job Description:

As the Contracts & Pricing Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer engagements for custom solutions. You will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and developing pricing strategies to optimize value for both the company and our clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, legal acumen, and financial expertise to drive successful and mutually beneficial partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts related to custom solutions, ensuring terms align with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for technology solutions, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and client value proposition.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory standards, working closely with legal teams to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the cost implications of proposed contracts and pricing structures, optimizing profitability.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide clarity on contractual terms, and tailor pricing structures to accommodate specific requirements.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and ensure a cohesive approach to contract and pricing management.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial proposal through negotiation, execution, and renewal, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance at every stage.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in contract and pricing management.
  • 5+ years of Contract Reviews, Tendering, and Bidding on RFI/RFP experience.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy, preferably in the heavy industry or technology industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal standards and compliance requirements.
