About You:

You're a seasoned photo retoucher with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual perfection. As part of our creative team, you'll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborating with photographers, designers, and marketing experts to ensure our visuals are flawless and impactful.

Your Daily Adventures:

Image Retouching:

Enhance images to meet creative briefs, focusing on lighting, colour correction, and composition.

Retouch skin, fabric, and textures with precision while maintaining natural aesthetics.

Visual Consistency:

Ensure all images align with the brand's tone and creative direction.

Standardise image quality across various platforms, including digital and print.

Work closely with photographers and designers to understand project needs.

Provide creative input to elevate visuals beyond client expectations.

Quality Control:

Review images for errors and make necessary corrections before final delivery.

Maintain a meticulous record of all project files for efficient retrieval.

Tool Mastery:

Leverage industry-leading software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.) to achieve professional results.

Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve output.

Skills & Experience:

3+ Years of Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in professional photo retouching.

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop: Advanced knowledge of photo editing and manipulation.

Understanding of Colour Theory: Strong grasp of tones, hues, and balance for impactful visuals.

Portfolio of Excellence: A robust portfolio showcasing diverse retouching projects.

Adaptable to Feedback: Ability to revise work based on client and team inputs.

Knowledge of Printing Standards: Familiarity with preparing files for digital and print outputs.
