What You'll Do
- Timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results.
- Budgeting and forecasting, Corporate tax and BAS reporting.
- Preparing audit schedules, bank and intercompany reconciliations.
- Working closely with outsourced service providers and reviewing the work submitted.
- Liaising with finance team based overseas for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities; and budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Liaising with auditors and tax consultants on year end and tax compliance matters.
- Managing treasury related matters such as bank covenant reporting, cash flow management and forecasting.
- Performing credit review on vendors/tenants.
What You Bring
- CPA/CA qualified or Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant hands-on experience in Big 4 Accounting firms or Real estate industry
- Strong understanding of AASB framework as well as Australia income tax and GST legislation
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP system would be advantageous
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
