Responsibilities:
Property Management
Organize property preparation for rentals (cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring guest amenities are available).
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
Address technical and operational issues, including coordinating with contractors.
Guest Interaction
Manage bookings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
Greet and assist guests during their stay, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and manage any conflict situations professionally.
Financial Management
Set competitive rental prices based on seasonality and market trends.
Prepare financial reports for property owners, including income and expense tracking.
Manage payments, deposits, and refunds efficiently.
Marketing and Promotion
Create and manage property listings, including professional photography and compelling descriptions.
Promote properties on booking platforms and social media to maximize visibility.
Maintain high property ratings by responding to reviews and improving guest satisfaction.
Legal Compliance
Ensure compliance with local regulations governing short-term rentals.
Obtain and renew necessary licenses and handle tax reporting in a timely manner.
Owner Communication
Provide regular reports to property owners on income, property status, and recommendations for improvements.
Advise owners on strategies to increase revenue and property competitiveness.
Team and Contractor Management
Organize and supervise contractor work (cleaning, repairs, and technical maintenance).
Ensure the quality of services provided meets company standards.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in property management or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.).
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in handling documentation (contracts, licenses, and reports).
Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Highly organized, able to multitask, and detail-oriented.
