Job Description

• Oversee and manage the entire inventory lifecycle in Zoho or similar inventory management software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in stock levels.
• Utilize Zoho Inventory's reporting tools to generate insights on stock turnover rates and identify slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to streamline procurement processes and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of physical inventory against Zoho records to maintain data integrity.
• Train and support team members in using Zoho Inventory effectively, enhancing their skills for better productivity.
• Assist in the integration of Zoho Inventory with other business applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory metrics, providing actionable recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, preferably using Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
