Job Description
Oversee and manage the entire inventory lifecycle in Zoho or similar inventory management software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in stock levels.
Utilize Zoho Inventory's reporting tools to generate insights on stock turnover rates and identify slow-moving items.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to streamline procurement processes and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of physical inventory against Zoho records to maintain data integrity.
Train and support team members in using Zoho Inventory effectively, enhancing their skills for better productivity.
Assist in the integration of Zoho Inventory with other business applications to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and analyze inventory metrics, providing actionable recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, preferably using Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
