As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR and Talent Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The Role: HR & Talent Recruitment Executive

The primary responsibility of the HR and Talent Recruitment Executive is to manage and support the recruitment process while assisting in day-to-day HR operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts top talent, maintains smooth HR workflows, and fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating visas/work permits, and onboarding new employees to meet staffing needs.
2. Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, verify qualifications and references, and evaluate cultural fit through initial interviews.
3. Coordinate and follow up on candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and results tracking.
4. Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth and professional recruitment process.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
6. Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
7. Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and welfare initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation.
8. Support employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
9. Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, and compliance to guide management decisions.
10. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards, fostering a fair and safe workplace.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 2-3 years in recruitment and HR roles, preferably within the hospitality sectors in the UAE.
3. Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
