The Role
Position Title: Group Financial Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation.

Job Description:

1. Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
2. Coordinate the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and regulatory reports and manage month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis.
3. Manage and implement business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls to enhance financial reporting quality and regulatory compliance, including tax filings.
4. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

• Male, 45 years old and below
• At least 10 years of experience as a financial controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
• Must have experience creating financial statements
