We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist for one of our clients based in Dubai to manage the end-to-end hiring process for APAC markets in the Non-IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and market trends across diverse industries. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying top talent, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent across the APAC region in non-IT industries.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Conduct pre-screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to shortlist the best-fit candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
Stay updated on APAC market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different regions.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Partner with HR and business teams to provide insights on workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards to track hiring performance and key metrics.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Key Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on APAC recruitment in non-IT industries.
Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for mid-to-senior level roles across different APAC countries.
Strong understanding of cultural and legal hiring nuances across APAC markets.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards for talent sourcing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in regional or global recruitment roles.
Knowledge of talent mobility, visa processing, and labor laws in key APAC countries.
