Job Description

• Oversee the assembly/installation of water treatment equipment includes RO, UF, STP, ETP systems, filtration units, and chemical dosing systems.
• Evaluating the Plant Status prior commissioning start as per the approved design documents.
• Supervising site team to perform the required installation and commissioning activities according project schedule.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on water and wastewater treatment systems to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Conducting Process commissioning, Functional, Performance and reliability test for equipment and plants.
• Supervising control panels, PLC & SCADA testing and commissioning.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Planning, assigning, supervising, reviewing and participating in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant including repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair documentation, and water quality test results.
• Coordinating with other engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and execute testing and full life cycle of onsite commissioning activities with tight deadlines and in line with specified equipment requirements.
• Monitoring progress and recording all test results witnessing final test and acceptance of equipment and completion of all documents.
• Identifying the problems and shortcomings with existing system and providing advice on operational procedure.
• Water Sampling, Analysis, monitoring, and suggestion of water management programs for boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and potable water systems.
• Visit client sites, sample water, and conduct different types of analysis.

Establish chemical dosing, analyze and solve related problems.
