Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Projects Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction projects from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure that all project documentation and records are maintained and up to date

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and standards
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
