Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the sales and customer service teams by preparing accurate quotations, analyzing sales data, and conducting competitor research. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Preparation:

• Create accurate and detailed quotations based on specifications provided by the sales manager.
• Ensure quotations are clear, professional, and consistent with the company’s pricing structure and policies.
• Revise quotes by adjusting pricing, quantities, discounts, and product or service descriptions as per revision requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and monitor order status, proactively communicating updates to customers and resolving any issues.
• Maintain and analyze sales data on performance metrics, customer activity, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

Sales Team Documentation Support:

• Assist the sales team with documentation tasks to streamline operations.
• Process stamping requests for formal documents and set up vendor profiles to meet client and company requirements.

Customer Support Document Management:

• Compile and distribute necessary supporting documents to clients as requested by the sales team.
• Gather relevant certificates, policy documents, or other materials required for client agreements or projects.

Competitor Research and Analysis:

• Research and analyze competitor equipment rental companies, focusing on their online presence, branding, and service offerings.
• Evaluate websites, social media channels, and marketing strategies to identify competitive advantages and market gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven 3+ experience in data analysis, quotation preparation, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
