Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Al Ain. You will guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing the deal, and provide them with expert advice to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Al Ain.
2. Conduct property viewings and open houses.
3. Provide clients with market analysis and advice on property values.
4. Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, and renters.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
7. Manage property listings and ensure accurate and timely updates.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in Al Ain.
2. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property values.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
6. Valid UAE driver’s license and own car.
7. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
